As winter arrives and the weather gets steadily more miserable, spending hours outside cycling seems less appealing. Indeed sometimes, heading out on the bike is completely out of the question, due to weather and road conditions.

Tuesday 6.30pm set up – class 7.00pm – 8.00pm
Sunday 8.30am set up – class 9.00am – 10.30am (optional outdoor run afterwards)
