You can report lighting faults using the online Lighting fault reporting form.
This form is only for non-emergencies. If you consider the fault to be a serious hazard to traffic or pedestrians, please phone our Customer service centre on 08457 406080 from 8am-6pm and outside normal hours phone 0800 24 20 24.
