ConclusionNot enough information is currently available to determine the level of impact which may affect target equality groups. Likewise, further analysis is needed on the level of facilities provided in each public convenience. Where limited facilities are currently available and alternatives are known the savings available from closure may be justifiable and the impact will be limited. It is not anticipated that the charging for manned conveniences will have a significant impact.
