| Conclusion | There is no requirement to undertake a full impact assessment on this proposal. Although the change to the service has the potential to impact on children with additional support needs and social work clients, this will be undertaken on an individual basis by social work and education professionals. Current client groups will continue to receive a free transport service but the method of delivery may, where appropriate, alter. In respect of changes to timings, an assessment will be undertaken in consultation with users and carers and alternatives provided where necessary.
