| Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are not any adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation or on community relations. This function provides a street cleansing service throughout South Lanarkshire and is monitored using customer satisfaction surveys and the street cleanliness index as well as complaints received. This forms the basis of reported PIs which would highlight any adverse impact.
