| Conclusion | This initial equality impact assesment has identified the need to collect and analyse monitoring data to enable a full assessment to be completed. An action plan has been developed to do this and a full assessment will be carried out within 12 months. The action plan will allow us to identify any changes that are required to ensure services are accessible to all members of our community.
