| Conclusion | This initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to analyse monitoring data to better understand which employees are using the holiday playclub service. Further to that wider consultation with employees will be undertaken to consider both the implications and ways in which the service can be amended should the proposal be agreed. Doing so will enable a full assessment to be completed. An action plan has been developed to do this and a full assessment will be carried out within 3 months.
