| Conclusion | The initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to collect and analyse monitoring data to enable a full assessment to be completed. An action plan has been developed to do this and a full assessment will be carried out within 12 months. There is currently no evidence to suggest that the policy discriminates against any section of the community, however, monitoring systems will be put in place to ensure that this is the case.
