| Conclusion | The Occupational Health and Safety Management System (Corporate Policy and Guidance Notes) was assessed by the Corporate Health Safety and Contingency Planning Adviser. The assessment identified that by its nature health and safety lesgislation is all-encompassing in that it is designed to ensure safe and healthy workplaces for all employees and the safety of those who may be affected by the actions of the Council and / or its employees. Its impact is therefore positive in all respects.
