| Conclusion | This initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to collect and analyse monitoring data to enable a full assessment to be completed. An action plan has been developed to do this and a full assessment will be carried out within 12 months. There are no major concerns with the policy as it stands though the action plan will allow us to identify if any changes are required.
