| Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. Support for the political management arrangements involves the provision of advice and support by Committee Administration to senior officers and members and elected members involved in the various decision-making forums of the Council and its partner bodies. In providing this support, due consideration is given to equalities issues.
