| Aims and Objectives | As national initiatives have become embedded, the need for centrally led development is reducing and focus shifts to in-school provision, for example sharing of good practice, improved use of in-service days, secondment opportunities and 35hrs CPD per year for each teacher outwith normal working time.

| Conclusion | Our aim is to identify a full financial year saving with no negative impact on service delivery. The conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations.
