| Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any other part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. The policies have undergone extensive consultation with Resource Management teams, IT Managers, Personnel Managers and Trade Unions. Any data gathered to monitor compliance with the Information and Communications security policies will be processed and stored respecting the Council?s statutory obligations under the Data Protection Act.
