| Conclusion | The policies and procedures relating to Council Tax Recovery have been assessed by officers responsible for the development and implementation of the policy. The conclusion of this Initial Impact Assessment is that there is no significant adverse impact on any part of the community with alternative needs and that there is no formal evidence of a negative impact on those with different needs. However, a number of areas have been identified for improvement: publicising the availability of documentation in different languages and discussing the potential to record the alternative needs of customers on our systems with our software suppliers.
