Aims and Objectives	The proposal is to consider closing the Halfway Recreation Centre and relocate lets to alternative local facilities where possible.
Conclusion	An initial impact assessment has identified that this is not likely to be a significant adverse impact on any target equality group as alternative, improved facilities are available within the local area. This should be balanced with the need for the Council to manage budgets effectively and achieve financial savings. All current user groups will be consulted with, and suitable alternative letting arrangements where possible will be made within the local area.
