Consultation summaryThe Licensing and Registration service aim to continually look at ways of improving their service to a standard which reflects customer needs.
BackgroundCustomers who have made use of the Licensing or Registration services are sent a questionnaire to complete to give their evaluation of the service received. The survey is also available to complete online using the link to the online survey on this page.
Why are we consulting?The survey results will be used both to provide evidence for the services Customer Service Excellence accreditation, and to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction is provided.
