Why are we consulting?To obtain the views of relatives/friends of people who receive the Care and Support Service to ascertain what impact that this service has, and to feed in to the service user's annual assessment of need.

How will findings be used?To feed in to the annual review process of service users.
What we found outInterim results show that 86% of relatives and friends are involved to some extent with the decisions made involving the care and support provided for their friend or relative. Overall customer satisfaction is running at 100% positive. There is scope to improve upon the quality of information provided, and opportunities for respondents to provide feedback on services.
