| Aims and Objectives | A Corporate review of the Council’s strategy functions is currently underway. Two recent Corporate Reviews have required services to deliver a savings and it is assumed that this review will be asked to deliver the similar savings. It is therefore proposed to achieve savings in Housing and Technical Resources Strategy costs. These savings will be delivered through vacant posts not being filled. |
| Conclusion | As part of the Resource's 11/12 to 13/14 savings exercise it is proposed to review the Resource's Strategy function, with the aim of achieving a cost saving. Following the impact assessment undertaken, the Council has reached the conclusion that the implementation of this saving will not have any significant impact on any equality group. |
