| Conclusion | The review will be subject to terms and conditions of employment and the Council's collective agreements. It should be noted that with the removal of posts, service delivery could be affected. However, the conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. |
