| Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there is no adverse impact on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. In order to support this proposal, a review of existing work practices would be undertaken and training provided to employees in order to create a multi-skilled workforce. |
