| Aims and Objectives | Changes are proposed to alter the terms of designated car users from 1st April 2011 so that all employees will be required to use a pool car or public transport for the purposes of a business journey. It is anticipated that the introduction of pool cars will reduce the mileage claims within each service and the associated CO2 emissions. |
| Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. It has been concluded that with appropriate reasonable adjustments any potential negative impact upon equality groups will be limited or removed completely. |
