| Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the workforce covered by equalities legislation, or on workforce relations. The proposal will be carried out in line with the Councils collective agreement and deletion of the post will come from natural wastage, early retirement or redeployment. |
