ReportCommunity care performance
What is this?Community care is the term used to describe the care and support arrangements that are available to support the needs of our most vulnerable people, whether by age, disability or mental capacity. Social Work Resources provide and commission a range of services that ensure service users are supported to remain in their homes for as long as they wish.
