|Description of service||Q and A is the Council’s one-stop-shop, providing frontline service on behalf of all of our Resources. Enquiries are dealt with by a specially trained team of Customer Services Assistants who ensure members of the public receive the service or information they require.
Blantyre Q and A office provides customers with several options for dealing with Council enquiries:
• free phones - free contact to Council services
• online – access to the Council’s website
• face-to-face – assistance with enquiries where necessary
All Q and A Offices support the Dogs Trust and Vision Aid Charities. Donations of dog food or old spectacles will be gratefully received in any of the offices using the designated Dogs Trust Bins or Vision Aid boxes.
Facilities available include: baby change, language line, hearing loop, BSL trained assistant, local parking information, private interview rooms, meeting rooms, and a coffee shop.
