If you are a council tenant and need to report a repair, please use our online repairs reporting.
Repairs for gas, electric or solid fuel heating can be reported online but in the case of a leak or emergency please report this through your local repairs centre or by using the out of hours emergency number 0800 242024.

Depending on the nature of your repair a timescale will be given when reported and you'll receive a repairs receipt confirming the appointment date for the completion of this work.
