Work with prisoners who are being released from prison

We work with prisoners and their families from when they are sentenced or remanded, through being in prison and after their release.

These services, called throughcare, help prisoners get ready for being released and help them resettle in the community.

All prisoners sentenced to four or more years and some on shorter sentences are required by law use this service. Some specifically ask for us to work with them.
