Services and advice for older people

Most older people enjoy active, independent lives looking after themselves and others.

But as we get older - illness, disability or memory problems can take their toll and sometimes people need support to look after themselves.

If you feel you need help, complete a social work appointment request.

If you need support to care for a relative or friend, complete the Carer assessment referral form.

If it's urgent, phone your social work office and ask to speak to the duty officer.
