If you want to apply for housing benefit, council tax benefit, second adult rebate or council tax discount you can complete our online application form.

If you want to report a change of circumstances, you can download and print the Change of Circumstances form. You can also email or phone the Benefits and council tax call centre who will be able to help you.

You can use the handy online benefit calculator to work out if you may be entitled to housing and/or council tax benefit.

However if you or your partner is self employed or a student, your benefit is calculated in a different way. For more information contact your Benefits and council tax call centre.
