Planning appeals
If you're not happy about the decision on your planning application you can ask for an appeal or a review.
You'll only be able to do one of these. If you're not sure which it is, contact your local Planning and Building Standards office.
What should I do before I appeal?
If we refused permission or added a condition that you don't agree with, talk to us about it first.
If you still feel you want a review or an appeal you must do this within three months from the date of the decision.
You might like to take a look at planning appeal decisions as well, using the planning appeal search from the Scottish Government's Department of Planning and Environmental Appeals.
