Fixed penalty notices and how to pay

If you are found to be selling tobacco to people under the age of 18 years you will receive a fixed penalty notice of £150.  If you fail to pay the penalty within seven days this will increase to £200.

You can also be fined if you sell tobacco without signing up to the Scottish Tobacco Retailer's Register.

If you have received a penalty notice you can make the payment online
