Customers complained about being asked to provide the same information to different services about a death. 

What we did

Arrangements for sharing information through the "Tell Us Once" service are now in place. "Tell Us Once" prevents the customer from having to provide the same information and confirmation of death to different services.

How we expect our service to get better

We expect to see a reduction in the number of complaints received from customers about having to send repeated information to the Council about a death.
