Freedom of Information Act

How do I make a request?

Requests for information do not have to mention the Freedom of Information Act, but they do need to be made in a recorded and permanent form.

Therefore we have produced an online Information request form to help you achieve this.

The forms are also available in hard copy at all Q and A offices, libraries and our principal offices. Once a request for information has been received, we have 20 working days to supply you with your requested information or let you know why the information cannot be made available. 

If you want to submit a request without using the online form you can do this by writing to the Information Compliance Manager.

When making a request without using the form, please include your name and address and a description of the information that you want.
