Asking us for information about the environment

We will process your request as quickly as possible - usually no later than 20 working days after we have received it. 

However, if you have requested a lot of information or the request is complex we may have to extend the response time for another 20 working days.

If we're not sure exactly what information you want, we will contact you as soon as possible. 

If we already publish the information, we may just send you details of how to get the information in a format you want.

In all other cases we will give out the information in your preferred format whenever possible, although in some cases we may decide not to give all the information you asked for.
