Core Standard Training Level 1  - Creating Inventories

Corporate Dining Room, Floor 1, Council Offices, Almada St, Hamilton, ML3 0AA (west wing of the building)

2.00pm – 4.30pm

This course will provide you with a framework for preparation of a relevant inventory document in line with the advent of the Scottish Tenancy Deposit Schemes and guidance on using that document at your final inspection.

  • Inventory preparation and writing
  • Check-in
  • Check-out
  • Routine visits/inspections
  • Damages and dilapidations

This course is suitable for all private landlords and letting agency staff regardless of length of time within the industry.
