Concessionary TV licence fees
If you live in sheltered housing, you may be entitled to the concessionary TV licence fee of £7.50 per year. Your Sheltered Housing Officer will advise if this applies to you.
When the licence fee is due for your complex, your Sheltered Housing Officer will keep you informed and advise whether you are entitled to the concessionary fee of £7.50.
How to pay a concessionary fee
In order to allow our Sheltered tenants to pay the £7.50 fee online, you will need to provide your:
- name and address including your house number and postcode
- National Insurance Number
- contact phone number
- debit or credit card details
Please note that we can’t accept payments by American Express or Electron.
