If my application is refused
There is no statutory right of appeal against the decision, however we will review a decision that you disagree with.
If your application for a Blue Badge is refused and you disagree with our decision you can ask us to consider this again within 20 working days of the date of your refusal letter.
You must tell us why you think the decision is wrong and give us more relevant information about your disability, medical conditions or walking ability that you think should be considered.
We will write to you tell you the outcome of the review. This will be the final decision for your application and review.
