How to pay
Payment options together with contact names and addresses are on the back of your Annual Notice, Factoring Account Statement or Common Area Repair Bill.
Ways to pay:
- standing order by phoning the Income Section on 01698 454553, completing the forms they give you and giving these to your bank or building society
- online
- debit/credit card by calling the 24-hour call centre on 0800 30 40 80 or in person at any council cash office.
- in person using your factoring swipe card at any post office, PayPoint or South Lanarkshire Council Cash office.
- post - cheques and postal orders should be crossed and made payable to South Lanarkshire Council. Please write your name, address and factoring account number on the back. Do not send your payment card with any payment. Postal payments should be sent to South Lanarkshire Council, Cashiers Section, Brandon Gate, 1 Leechlee Road , Hamilton , ML3 0XB .
Difficulties/payment enquiries
If you expect to experience any difficulties in paying these charges, contact the Income Section.
Lost cards
If you lose your factoring swipe card, contact Factoring Services and we'll issue a replacement.
