All landlords and letting agency staff are invited to join the latest training courses.
We're hosting two training sessions that are being delivered by Landlord Accreditation Scotland which are open to all Landlords and letting agency staff.
Managing common repairs - Thursday 21 February 2019
Covering the regulations involved in joint repairing responsibilities that are associated with the ownership of property with communal obligations, covering rights and obligations, property factors and management of repairs.It's being held in the Corporate Dining Room at Almada Street, Hamilton, Ml3 0AA.
Tenancy agreements and notices - Wednesday 20 March 2019
The course will cover all the documentation and associated processes for a Private Residential Tenancy (PRT). The course will also provide clarification of the differences in operating this new tenancy and Short Assured Tenancy that run on past 1 December 2017. It's being held in the Corporate Dining Room, West Wing of the Council Headquarters in Almada Street, Hamilton from 1.30pm to 4.30pm
