Non-domestic ratesNon-domestic rates, often referred to as business rates, are set at national level. The council's Non-Domestic Rates (NDR) Team is responsible for the billing and collection of £180 million of non-domestic rates for 9,000 business properties across South Lanarkshire. The Lanarkshire Valuation Joint Board is responsible for the valuation of individual properties for non-domestic rates. | |||
