Council tenants - repairs and other informationIf you are a council tenant and want information on contents insurance, reporting faults or any other issue relevant to your tenancy, this section is designed to help you. You can request repairs using our Online repairs reporting form. In an emergency if our offices are closed, use the Out of hours contacts list. If you think someone has moved into a council property without proper authorisation, please contact your local Q and A or housing office to give us details and if necessary, action can be taken. |
