Sustainable Development Partnership

The Sustainable Development Partnership will soon be launched. It will aim to achieve quality of life in a balanced and sustainable way. It has key goals to promote South Lanarkshire's ecological footprint and Scotland's Climate Change Declaration.

This will carry forward the partnership aspects of the council's own Sustainable Development Strategy (1MB PDF) (this document will open in a new window.

There are four sub partnerships: Biodiversity Partnership, Greenspace, Outdoor Access Forum and Community Energy Partnership.
