In May 2010, a total of 15 completed surveys were received and of this 92.31% thought the quality of information provided was good or excellent, 91.67% thought the friendliness and knowledge of our staff (attitude/sensitivity) was good or excellent and 100% were satisfied with the overall quality of the service provided. In June 2010, we received 29 completed surveys and of that 100% thought the ease of making contact direct to Bereavement Services was good or excellent, 95.65% thought quality of information provided was good or excellent and 100% thought the friendliness and knowledge of our staff (attitude/sensitivity) was good or excellent.
