Bereavement services strive to provide an efficient and compassionate service and use customer feedback to improve the services we deliver. In September 2009, we received 21 completed surveys and of that 94.12% thought the friendliness and knowledge of our staff (attitude/sensitivity) was good or excellent, 94.74% thought the presentation of the cemeteries/crematorium was good or excellent and 95% were satisfied with the overall quality of the service provided.
