Textphone 0845 3040022. Customer services staff are available Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm. If you prefer to speak to someone in person - call in at your local Q & A office.

Housing repairs

You can report repairs using the form above but in emergencies, call 0141 584 2626. For out-of-hours emergency repairs call 0800 242024.

Use our secure online payments service above or phone the payments call centre on 0800 30 40 80. (For enquiries on your council tax or rent account, phone your local Benefits and revenue office.)

Social work

During office hours contact your local Social Work office. After office hours, phone 0800 678 3282

Refuse collection

For a bulky refuse collection, garden waste collection, litter or graffiti use the forms above or phone our Land Services Helpline on 0303 123 1020 (local rate call).
