Refuse collection form - introduction

Customers can submit an online uplift request by completing the following form. If you are presenting bagged waste, you will need to confirm whether this is garden waste or general waste as we provide a range of specific uplift services and the day of uplift can differ for various items.

Before submitting your request, please check the special (bulk) uplifts from your home page to confirm which items cannot be uplifted. Please read the undernoted conditions carefully before proceeding with your request.

  • Items must be presented at the kerbside by 7am on the agreed day
  • Only items listed will be uplifted
  • Carpets must be rolled and tied
  • Branches / wood (de-nailed or nails hammered in) must be tied in bundles and must not exceed 6ft in length. Garden shed/garage wooden panels must not exceed 4ft in length and garden shed/garage doors require to be folded over
  • Loose items must be bagged and securely tied
  • Items must be able to be lifted by 1 operative
  • Online request form must contain detailed uplift information

Once your request has been received, Land Services will contact you by email or telephone to confirm the day/date of uplift.
