Building Standards

Conservation and heritage

If you live in a conservation area or listed building we can advise you on planning issues and funding. This might include tree preservation or the types of permission you might require for carrying out work.

Planning applications

We can advise you on seeing recent planning applications, submitting an application or objecting one. Remember that with all new building work you may need both planning permission and a building warrant. These deal with quite separate issues.

You can search for planning applications from 2000 and planning appeals from 2004 onwards.
