As well as building warrants and planning applications we deal with conservation and heritage and the South Lanarkshire local Plan.
We make sure buildings are constructed, altered or maintained to an acceptable standard, that they conserve fuel and power and contribute towards sustainable development.
We can advise you on seeing recent planning applications, submitting an application or objecting to one.
The Local Plan identifies areas suitable for housing, industry, retail and other uses. It also sets out the policies we propose to apply in deciding whether or not development will be permitted.
If you live in a conservation area or listed building we can advise you on planning issues and funding, including tree preservation or the types of permission you need.
You can search for planning applications from 2000 and planning appeals from 2004 onwards.
