The Club - Run Lift Cycle

Comprising of twenty cardiovascular and twelve resistance machines, The Club at Larkhall Leisure Centre has over thirty 'Pulse' equipped workout stations. There is also a 'Shokk' youth fitness gym available.

Free weights training

The Club SmallWe have a wide range of dumbbells ranging from 1-50 kg, a smith machine and three adjustable benches.

The Club SmallThis area has 24 pieces of cardiovascular machines including six treadmills, six cross trainers and one grappler.

Includes parking, an automatic door entrance, Language Line, hearing loop, accessible reception, Typetalk, lift, toilet facilities, changing facilities and pool hoist for disabled users. Guide dogs are also welcome.
