Energy fayre coming to Lanark

Home Energy Scotland energy event at Lanark Memorial Hall

Home Energy Scotland, the free impartial advice service, is hosting a family friendly energy event in Lanark Memorial Hall.

Running from 1pm - 4.30pm on Tuesday 26 February, the event will give you the chance to meet the experts who will be on hand with advice and information from practical tips for keeping your home warm for less, to funding available for new boilers, insulation and heating systems. Also available will be information about technology that is making switching to renewables or electric vehicles a viable option. You can also browse the marketplace, trial an electric bike, and even test drive an electric vehicle

Water efficiency and running energy saving and food waste reduction workshops will also be available as well as fun kids' activities, prize draws, competitions and giveaways.

Everyone who attends will be eligible for energy and water saving packs with handy tools to help save and do your bit for the environment.
