Non-emergency repairs resume

The council is again taking on non-emergency repairs after reducing the backlog of emergency work caused by the recent storms.
However there may be an initial delay in dealing with non-emergency repairs as the suspension of this service during January may result in a large number of tenants now wishing to log repairs.
If this proves to be the case, the patience and understanding of tenants would be appreciated, and all repairs will be attended to as soon as is possible.
All properties that required emergency attention have now been made wind and watertight. The residents affected are being written to individually to advise them on the progress of the work to complete their repairs.
