The majority of South Lanarkshire's pupils return to school on Wednesday 15 August 2012.
However, pupils attending the following schools will return a few days later.
This is to allow classes to be prepared for pupils in their new buildings:
Auldhouse Primary, East Kilbride
Closed on Wednesday 15 August 2012.
The school will re-open in temporary accommodation at Castlefield Primary School, East Kilbride on Thursday 16 August 2012.
Coalburn Primary, Lanark
Closed on Wednesday 15, Thursday 16 and Friday 17 August 2012.
The school will re-open in temporary accommodation at the former Woodpark Primary School building, Priory Road, Lesmahagow on Monday 20 August 2012.
The nursery class will be located in modular units at Coalburn Leisure Centre from Monday 20 August 2012.
Carstairs Junction Primary
Closed on Wednesday 15, Thursday 16 and Friday 17 August 2012.
The school will open to pupils on Monday 20 August 2012.
Hunter Primary, East Kilbride
Closed on Wednesday 15, Thursday 16 and Friday 17 August 2012.
The new school will open to pupils on Monday 20 August 2012.
Leadhills Primary, Biggar
Closed on Wednesday 15, Thursday 16 and Friday 17 August 2012.
The school will re-open in temporary accommodation on the same site on Monday 20 August 2012.
Teachers return to school on Monday 13 August, 2012.
