Spooktacular set for town centre

Spooky Halloween fun will be coming to Hamilton Town Centre this weekend.
The Hamilton Spooktacular will take place on Saturday 27 October from 12-noon until 4pm.
Amongst the fun will be free horror makeovers, street theatre and various other spooky goings on throughout the Town Centre, not to mention a Continental Market from October 24 - 27 at the Top Cross.
Councillor Chris Thompson, the chair of the council's Enterprise Resources Committee, said: "I hope as many families as possible will come along and enjoy the spooky treats we have in store for everyone.
"And we hope events like these will encourage people to not only visit the town centre but spend some time in the local shops, pubs and restaurants as well."
